Brains & Beauty Summer ProgramBernadette’s House is now hiring part-time, paid leadership staff for our Brains & Beauty Summer Program, a two-week experience designed to empower girls ages 8–17 through confidence-building, creativity, and leadership development.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about youth development and ready to lead with purpose, structure, and care.

OPEN PAID POSITIONS
Brains & Beauty Summer Program Director
Part-Time 

• Schedule: 7:00am – 1:00pm
• Rate: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
• Leads morning operations, before care, and program setup
• Supervises staff and supports families during drop-off

Brains & Beauty Summer Program Co-Director
Part-Time

• Schedule: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
• Rate: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Leads core programming, after care, and daily wrap-up
• Supports youth engagement and family communication

Planning Commitment (Unpaid)
Planning for the Brains & Beauty Summer Program begins Monday, February 16, 2026.
Planning requires approximately 2–3 hours per week and is unpaid.

PROGRAM DETAILS

• Program Dates: July 6–17, 2026
• Before Care: 7:00am – 9:00am
• Core Program: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• After Care: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Leadership coverage is staggered to ensure consistent supervision and smooth transitions throughout the day.
